Almanzo Wilder is the boy Laura will end up marrying.  Right now Almanzo is a young boy with a lot of chores to do.  However, he is a nice boy with a kind heart.  This is an awesome book I highly recommend for all ages.  A fantastic read!  I will blog the other books in the series too.

Little House on the Prairie

Ma, Pa,Carrie, Mary and Laura, have moved to the Prairie!  They are also in Indian country.  They love their small house on the Prairie.  However, are the Indians friendly?  They don't know and live in fear.  Will the Indians harm them?  Or will they leave them alone?  Read to find out!  An awesome book about life in the 1860's!

Little House in the Big Woods

In the 1860's Ma, Pa, Carrie, Mary and Laura Ingalls are a nice family that live in a nice, cosy house in the Big Woods.  There are dangers in the Big Woods, like bears and wolves.  However, Laura and Mary are never scared because Pa and their dog, Jack are there.  There are bad times and good times, but things work out in the end.  A delightful read!!

Emmy and the Incredible Shrinking Rat

Poor Emmy!  Her only friends are a talking rat (that can shrink you) and Joe.  Her evil nanny, Miss Barmy, has been planning a sinister plan!  Can Emmy stop her?  Or will she be doomed?  Read to find out!!  This is a great book!  I highly recommend it!
